In many cases, the whole team will be entered by their club - if in doubt ask your team leader.

The entry fee for the day £5 juniors, £10 seniors (this is NOT collected through the entry system). Most pay as cash on the day.
Electronic payments direct to the BSCC bank account will be possible (for teams only) up to 12 noon on Friday 13th September - any payments after this time will need to be made as cash/cheque on the day.

- A Paddle UK membership number and expiry date (On Water or Club Associate) is required for each paddler, or PUK Single Event Membership (additional £5 paid online direct to PUK - this can be done on the day if necessary)
- All boats must be licensed for use on CRT water (i.e. have club licences, or be paddled by someone holding On-Water membership of Paddle England or Single Event Membership).

Your Team Leader should let you know whether you should book yourself in and pay at the desk on arrival, or whether they will check in the whole team en bloc.
Boards will be issued at check-in. Boards must be returned on the day or you will be charged (£5). Paddlers who are not racing as part of an official team from a PUK-affiliated club may be asked to leave a deposit for their board. Please use the pins provided to avoid losing the board!
