SS 2024: Chelmsford Regatta

There was an excellent turnout of 48 paddlers for the Chelmsford Regatta. Seven different clubs represented, including  some from as far away as Reading and Glasgow. Paddle UK sent a photographer to take some shots of the occasion.

Points were allocated for performance in the 500m and 200m races, creating an overall score on which medals for the day were awarded.

Lunch was followed by K2 races, in which the youngest paddlers were paired with the fastest.
